We look forward to seeing everyone at the 68th Annual Idaho State AFL-CIO Convention in Idaho Boise, Idaho, June 15th-17th, 2026 at the Crystal Ballroom, Hoff Building, 802 W Bannock St, Ste 202, Boise, ID 83702. Below is the Call Letter and Registration Form containing the prices of the events and all other costs associated with the Convention. You will also find a copy of the Delegate Credentials that must be completed for each delegate. Please return the Delegate Credentials, Registration Form, and Payment to our office by May 8th, 2026. Payments received after May 9th are subject to a $50 late fee. Be sure to provide email addresses on the credentials, as we will use this email to provide information to Delegates leading up to the Convention. 

 

We have a room block for attendees during the Convention. You must state that you want a room in the Idaho State AFL-CIO block or use special code, G-A26 when booking online:

 

Hyatt Place Downtown: (208) 991-5275, $189. Contact the hotel by May 8th to reserve a room.

 

The annual COPE Golf Scramble will begin at 8:00 am on Sunday, June 14th at Eagle Hills Golf Course, followed by a BBQ Cookoff. Our President’s Hospitality Suite will take place Sunday evening at the offices of the Idaho State AFL-CIO, 802 W Bannock St, Ste 500. The 2026 President's Pins, which allow you access to the Hospitality Suite, are available for purchase on your registration and at the event. 

 

Our Working Women's Luncheon will be held at noon on Monday, June 15th. Tickets are available for purchase on your registration form and at the event. On Monday evening, BINGO will be held at the Crystall Ballroom, hosted by our Sisters and Brothers of the Boise Trades & Labor Council. Delegates, friends, and family are welcome. Dinner and drink tickets will be provided.   

 

Our Annual Convention Banquet will take place on Tuesday night at 6:00 PM. We will have a Silent Auction and Live Auction for our Delegates and guests; tickets are available for purchase on your registration form and at the event. We would appreciate your generous donations of items, baskets, and other prizes for us to highlight. We have had many successful years of Auctions with fantastic results and amazing items; take advantage of this! 

 

We will also be offering ad space in our Convention Programs for you to celebrate your Local, District, Labor & Trades Councils, contractors, suppliers, or any other entity that supports Labor. Sponsorships are available at multiple levels for all our events and activities. The proceeds from all Convention activities and fundraisers directly fund our COPE Program and training, legislative activities, and electoral campaigns throughout the year. We urge you all to participate in our fundraising activities and dig deep so we can continue moving Labor forward in Idaho. We encourage the use of PAC funds when feasible. As a reminder, the Idaho State AFL-CIO office must receive any proposed Constitutional Amendments by March 17th, 2026. Constitutions can be requested from the office by contacting Sara Selz at (208) 321-4814 or sara@idahoafl-cio.org
